Three steps from written brief to a verified shortlist

Nothing is sent to you before the brief is agreed in writing. Each step closes with a document you keep.

  1. Write the brief

    You name the preferred neighborhoods, the property size in m², the infrastructure that matters, the longest acceptable commute and the purchase budget. An initial call at no charge closes the gaps.

  2. Receive the shortlist

    We return five to eight apartments that fit the brief, each with the district, the price per m² and the reason it was included. Anything outside the brief is listed separately, never mixed in.

  3. Check the paperwork, then view

    The ownership record, encumbrances and identity match are reviewed before any deposit is discussed. The summary reaches you in writing and is not legal advice. Accompanied viewings follow.
